It is being maintained by the Central European representative for Blackhawk products, A.R.Bayer DSP Systeme GmbH, Düsseldorf, Germany. We have been Blackhawk's first European reseller since 2001 when the first and only (at the time) USB-JTAG-Emulator was brought to the market by the engineers of Blackhawk, headquartered in Mt. Laurel, NJ, USA.
